Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a woven work to back up an ink-blocking stencil to give a perfect picture. The fixed stencil structures open zones of grid that exchange ink or other printable materials which might be pressed through the cross section as a sharp-edged picture onto a substrate. A fill cutting side or sponge equipment is moved over the screen stencil, driving or pumping ink into the cross section openings for interchange by fine activity throughout the sponge stroke. Essentially, it is the approach of utilising a stencil to apply ink onto a substrate. The substrate can be shirts, notices, stickers, vinyl, wood, or other material.

We in our factory follow some steps to implement this technique. The very first step is to design the layout as to how the screen should look. Then, we cut that layout from the design and use it as a stencil. Going ahead, we put it on the material or a fabric we want to design. Later, we put colour on the stencil and spread it with the help of a sharp cutting edge equipment and leave it to get dry.
